It seems decent until you actually need to view your records or test results, which don't work. Trying to use either of those options just leads to a blank screen. I'm a pretty tech savvy individual and it's impossible to figure out. I can't imagine someone with limited tech experience trying to navigate this purgatory.

Not even a full app. Just a page of links that chain together and prompt for multiple logins. I shouldn't need to authenticate 4 times to see my diagnostics. Installing the page you need to the home screen from your chrome menu works far better. Why are we wasting money on this? It isn't even useful. Links go to generic pages, instead of specific help articles. The pages themselves are also poorly developed. Most things feel intentionally opaque and hard to use.

I've basically lost my ability to look at any of my medical results unless I go to the doctor now since this app has locked me out of my account (and subsequently can't access it on PC now as a result) and never works now when I try to reconnect. Guess I'll just have to go paper-only til I die!
